Catto's is one of the oldest family names in the long tradition of Scotch whisky blending.

Its origins can be traced back to 1861 when James Catto established his business in Aberdeen. Captivated by the idea of blending the high quality local Highland malt whiskies which he sold in his store with popular Lowland grain whiskies, Catto immersed himself in measuring, mixing and tasting with the finesse of a master craftsman until he felt certain he had created a superlative blended Scotch.
